Problem: When I tried to buy cinema tickets with Wero, I selected my bank and clicked Open App, but the 2FA (second factor authentication) app for the Wero payment did not open.

Cause: This may be due to missing Google Play Services.

Solution: Copy the link from the Open App button. You can long-press the button and click on Copy Link, if you are using a smartphone. Right-click, if you are using a computer mouse. From the copied link, copy only the ID part in the form of XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX or similar. Paste that code manually into your Banking 2FA app, that you linked with your Wero account, as if this was a QR Code.
